Twinkie Pudding Cake

This is one of Tom's favorite recipes.  And I love it because I like to hear him say "Twinkies."

1 3-3/4 oz pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 c milk
1 pkg. twinkies
1 8 oz pkg. chocolate heath bars, crushed
4 oz Cool Whip

Mix pudding as directed, set aside.  Slice twinkies in half length wise and line a 9x13 pan with bottom half of twinkies, cream side up.  Sprinkle half of crushed heath bars over twinkies.  Pour over pudding.  Arrange top halves of twinkies on pudding, cream side down.  Spread on Cool Whip.  Sprinkle remaining candy on top.
Chill 2 hours.

I wish I had a photo, but I haven't made this in awhile due to a shortage of Heath bars.  If you know where I can purchase Heath bars, please let me know.
