It's been a long time since I did a Sunday Satchel post. It was a lot of fun to go through this college kids purse.

Most questionable: a fried chicken key ring with no keys.

Sunday Satchel

A friend was cleaning out her purse the other day, I was amazed to find that she fit a whole box of wet wipes in her purse.  I knew that purse needed to be featured on a Sunday Satchel post.

This sweet thing is almost as crazy as "Jennifer's" purse which once smuggled two Starbucks venti beverages into a movie theater.

Sunday Satchel: The Puzzle Addict

I finally remembered to do a purse dump for a Sunday Satchel post!  The owner of this purse was reluctant to dump it.  But I don't see anything embarrassing.   Unusual items include the nasal spray, crystal light and completed newspaper puzzles.  Love the Wendy's frosty coupons!

Sunday Satchel: The Caribbean

I've been on a cruise all week so cleaning my satchel today involves sand removal.  My Sunday Satchel today includes:  Nook, books, magazines, sunscreen, lip balm, pens, pain reliever, bathing suit cover-up, Sign and Sail card, hairspray, sunglasses, wrinkled and torn map of St. Martin's and lots of sand.

Sunday Satchel: Jennifer

I missed last week's Sunday Satchel, but this one more than makes up for it.  This one's a doosie.
May I present, the creme' de la creme of the Hoarder's Purse that once carried two Venti Starbucks beverages inside, today's Sunday Satchel, the Satchel of Jen:

What I've always admired about Jen's purses is the condiment section. That has come in very handy at times. Without further adieu, the contents:

Sunday Satchel: The View Ladies

Oprah Winfrey just jumped all over my idea Blogging Butter's idea about the whole "what's in your pocketbook reveals who you are" theory behind our Sunday Satchel posts.  We are such trendsetters!

Oprah had the ladies from The View on her show and asked them each to reveal what's in their pocketbook - or as we lovingly call - satchel. 

Barbara Walters went first and pulled out an O Magazine.

Then she pulled out Donald Rumsfeld's book "Known and Unknown" . . . 

Sunday Satchel: Ann

My new friend, Ann, who shall remain anonymous for the sake of this post, dumped her purse into this big bag while we were at a conference so that she could re-org. for the evening.

Mmmmm hmmmm.  I jumped on that.

I enlisted Ann for my new Sunday Satchel posts.

She wanted me to explain that this isn't normal, this massive collection was due to a week long conference.  (does that explain items in there from last year?)

I found this idea on Blogging Butter's wonderful blog: Sunday Satchel. I think she should use Mr. Linky and post a Sunday Satchel post each Sunday and encourage others to do the same and all link up on her blog. And I especially want to encourage Jennifer S (you know who you are) to participate because she always has the most exciting things in her Satchel.
