Mexi Dip - Great Dip for Nachos


It's football season!

I don't really care about the sport, but I love the snack foods and the time spent with family and friends. (pictured: my son, 20 yrs ago)

Here's a great nacho dip I got years ago from Cousin David's wife, Renee.

1 lb. Velveeta Mex Cheese
1 16oz jar mild Pace Picante sauce
1 pkg. Taco Bell seasoning packet
1 lb. ground round, browned
1 can Armor Chili - no beans

Brown meat.  Cut Velveeta into blocks.  Mix all ingredients in crock pot.  Cook on high until melted.  Turn on low and cook 4-5 hours, stirring occasionally.  Serve with tortilla chips.
